Payment methods
You can pay in CHF or EUR and we offer the following payment methods:

.	On account (for domestic customers and international customers with a proven payment history). Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
.	By credit card (VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard)
.	Prepayment
.	Pick-up and payment of the items in the shop

Delivery times
We ship items by regular parcel post unless the customer requests a different method. The delivery time for orders from Switzerland is approx. 6 days, for orders from EU countries approx. 10 days. Items that are out of stock will be re-ordered immediately. In this case the delivery time ranges from 1-3 weeks for European to 4-8 weeks for overseas products.

Switzerland, Germany, France
Up to an order value of 100.- CHF (ca. 65 EUR): 8.- CHF (approx. 5.- EUR) shipping cost will be charged.
For orders equal or over 100.- CHF shipping is free.
In case of partial shipments the freight cost will be charged only once.

Other EU-countries and world wide
We will charge the actual freight cost
using the cheapest shipping method.
Approximate cost within Europe:
Up to 0.5 kg 8.50 CHF (approx. 5.50 EUR)
0.50 to 1 kg 15.- CHF (approx. 9.70 EUR)
Over 1 kg 17.80 CHF (approx. 11.50 EUR)

Customs Duty
Import duty, charged by your customs authorities and payable by you, may be due on items sent outside Switzerland.
